About Our Internship Program
Stone Soup offers internship opportunities for college students and recent graduates who are passionate about children’s literature, creative writing, and arts education. Our interns gain hands-on experience in publishing, editorial work, and community engagement.
As an intern, you’ll work alongside our dedicated team to review submissions, help coordinate programs, and support our mission of amplifying young creative voices from around the world.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate creative writing and art submissions from young contributors
- Assist with editorial tasks and content preparation for publication
- Help coordinate workshops and educational programs
- Support social media and community outreach efforts
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas
Who Should Apply
We welcome applications from individuals who:
- Are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
- Have a passion for children’s literature, creative writing, or arts education
- Possess strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Are detail-oriented and can work independently
- Have a genuine interest in supporting young creative voices
Previous experience in publishing, education, or working with children is a plus but not required.
