Northern Lights

When those northern lights shine
Spewing out rainbows
To color the snow.
When purple and blue dances with my hair,
Turning it purple then blue then purple again
Until it settles for a violet blue the color of blueberries.
When the snow turns green
And my house, black,
We all know that the sky has turned on
A private play
That only we get to see.
