Renewal Policy
Automatic Renewal
Your Stone Soup subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term to ensure uninterrupted access to our magazine. You can cancel automatic renewal anytime through your account page, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current term.
Before each renewal, we’ll send you an email reminder with the renewal date and amount. If you’d prefer not to auto-renew, you can purchase a single-term subscription at the standard rate.
How to Manage Your Subscription
- View Your Subscription: Log in to your account and visit the “My Account” page to view your current subscription status and renewal date.
- Cancel Auto-Renewal: You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- Update Payment Method: Keep your payment information up to date in your account to avoid any interruption in service.
- Change Subscription Plan: If you wish to change your subscription type (e.g., from digital to print+digital), please contact us at editor@stonesoup.com.
Renewal Reminders
We will send you an email notification before your subscription renews. This reminder will include:
- Your renewal date
- The renewal amount
- Instructions for managing or canceling your subscription
Please ensure your email address is current in your account settings so you receive these important notifications.
Refund Policy
All Stone Soup subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any remaining subscription time, whether you choose to cancel your subscription or for any other reason.
What This Means
- If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
- Partial refunds are not available for any subscription term.
- This policy applies to all subscription types, including digital, print, and print+digital subscriptions.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions for:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Technical Errors: If a technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your subscription, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
